Because MSLO has offices in two separate buildings in Manhattan, there’s a lot of running back and forth between the two locations for things such as company meetings and mail deliveries. To save on transportation costs, we have our own shuttle service, which runs hourly. This same shuttle also accommodates employees with their transportation to and from Grand Central Station, Penn Station, and The Port Authority during the morning and evening commuting hours.

Here’s the shuttle arriving from The Starrett Lehigh building,
approaching the 42nd Street offices. The massive structure in the
background with the beautiful arched windows is the amazing Grand
Central Station. Obviously, employees who work at 42nd Street can
easily walk there, however, it’s quite a hike from Starrett Lehigh.

These are our drivers. Rafiq Nelson, the afternoon driver, is
relieving Lincoln Patterson. Lincoln is holding a packet of
interoffice mail.

The van always seems to fill up.

Mad Money!

I have been getting a lot of emails from you guys asking me what my skin
routine is. Well here it goes ~ I’m going to reveal my
secrets!! haha

I have used Dermalogica since I was 11 years old
every morning and every night. My Aunt Connie got me started and addicted to it,
and to this day I still use the same regimen.

First I use the Dermalogica face cleanser, then the
toner, and then Active Moist the moisturizer!

Sometimes I change what I use in
the winter, and every few months I will admit I’ll use Philosophy face
cleanser to switch it up a bit.

As for my body, I loofah with Bath
and Body Works body wash and then moisturize every morning and night with St. Ives Silk Body Lotion or La Mer body lotion.

Tucked away in a quiet area of the 42nd Street offices is the ever-so-important Customer Relations Department. Head by Suzie Wall, a 13-year veteran at MSLO, she and her team work hard answering every single question and piece of correspondence that comes their way. They maintain an extensive resource library and have access to very comprehensive databases, which cover all the different departments at MSLO. They keep track of every letter received and certainly know the importance of a happy customer.

This is the entire Customer Relations Department – Kristen Wendling, Kim Dumer, Suzie Wall, and Courtney Kern.

This is a very interesting chart that Suzie prepared for a recent
presentation. It shows how many inquiries have been received
throughout the years and by what means. Look how many emails came this
year compared to previous years! And stamped letters and phone calls
have certainly dropped. Suzie tells me that I have influenced many
people to become computer savvy, who probably never would have.

This is another video made by Sir Billy Martin Esquire. This was filmed in Houston, TX and it was yet another big sold out show. I am loving this tour! The shows keep getting better and better. This was a really good night because all of the audience was on level and there were people crowd surfing, moshing and dancing all over the place. Made for killer footage. Enjoy!
